One thing I can say is..I can't believe they admitted to selling into the run to pay off debts.

I don't think I've seen a penny stock admit to diluting while still in the process of diluting.

It's kind of honest for them to finally admit it ,but it was still sneaky from the get go.

Let's just hope it's done and they can finalized the LOI and the people holding the bag can make their money back and then some.
