well, it is hardly new or news that

the acquired companies are trading in negative conditions
which include falling prices

which is why they have gone under
but their decreased profitability is still an increase

for QS and in a cyclical market, isn't that 2 ways of not
going down.....???

before all the tax benefits are taken into consideration
