Do you read the positives, "CVS HEALTH Sales growing without the Marketing plan" which is still to come....that says sales are growing. You keep reverting to 2 Qs gone by...look to the Forward moving accomplishments as they are going full steam ahead with or without you. No control of ours.

Everything I say is in my opinion, do your own DD and make your decision wisely! Don't spend more then you can afford to lose!
