once again someone did not pay attention to the news story. He wants 7% more in taxes above the 5% they already have. or 12% taxes. And the things he wont cut from the budget are items like. $200,000 a year for new flowers in front of the state house. $300,000,000 for a lake to be dug, trees planted, lake stocked, etc for "recreation" (in an exculsivly wealthy neighborhood) and numerous other worthless projects.
