That is usually the first move of corps. Buy into, then acquire. Of course a call from any of us is worthless. Almost as worthless as any Seeking Alpha article. Anyone that has been around long enough know what a joke that site is and most every "Author" is paid, not by SA, but by the corp. being written about. I went through the process years ago. Have first hand knowledge.
MDR having what feels like pumpers behind it, another scary feeling... At least it isn't on Yahoo, yet !
Been in and out of this thing quite a while, love the stock and thought it was at bottom. I must be wrong and we are going to see high 2s. Either way, can't lose in the long run.
