I think that Arendal are the new owners of CalDive, they have acquired everything that is needed to be the new face, at this time we do not know the terms of this deal but it has certainly been modified from that clip about them buying assets at auction. Why would Pemex withhold monies owed to a Mexican corp., and who do you think is going to get any future contracts in Mexico, a Mexican corp that has scooped up enuf of CalDive to be able to pass muster over warranties and assured quality of service that will be audited by CDI. UK has been mentioned as being up for sale as well as the Indonesian entity and the Saudia Arabian are more than likely being bought, the whole enchilada to pay off that first tier but no mention of canceling common shares, remember every time someone sells out their million share positions SOMEBODY BUYS THEM.
