I agree with your sentiments. All stocks have to consolidate at some time. The market makers are weeding out the weak buyers and then they will wait for their next profit release phase.

Clarification on the contract, removal of the caveat emptor and confirmation of a timely payment made to TCA Global Credit Master Fund will make this move fast.
