Honestly it's hard to say because BLTA can't afford to issue a RS. I think if BLTA issued an RS it would expose that they are indeed a fraud. Too many people invested 2-10 years here. I have a small position so it won't hurt me in the slightest. But there are guys with 5 - 50 million shares here who would get crushed. Honestly I'm drooling to see what BLTA has in stored. They RS and I'm done with this company for good, as I feel most investors would be as well. This is do or die for BLTA to me. If by the end of December there's no news 0.0001 - 0.0005 this goes. Then the dreaded RS will follow IMO.
