You have good points about testing. It needs to be done. I think each person should be tested and certified to be able to drive with a given amount of thc in their blood. It would be different for everyone. The wide variety of ways people are effected by weed is the conundrum, coupled with the 30 day lingering in the blood, make scientific base lines hard to establish.
