I am going to disagree with you for the first time in a long time.

Today's action was caused by a one-time fundamental event, Dominion getting the last of their shares.

Now Dominion has no more incentive to drive the price down.

The downtrend is over, IMO, and we start to fly tomorrow.

I expect a run of PRs, just like we saw in late July.

IMO, of course.
