* on another note, Center of addictions and mental health is reporting over 50% of high school students use alcohol ( illegally). This is a concern because the current system is supposed to restrict this. CAMH will have a significant voice when it comes to Cannabis Legalization, which they are pro, with harm reducing policies.
The idea that legalization will be relaxed willy nilly is a half baked fantasy in my opinion.
