I do recall the mention of it. I was always under the impression that dates for qualifying lisence and facilities through HC were estimates, although there could be scheduled dates.

I'm not sure why the post was deleted either? Maybe you can ask the board moderators to reinstate it. I found the post a good reminder.

* on another note, Center of addictions and mental health is reporting over 50% of high school students use alcohol ( illegally). This is a concern because the current system is supposed to restrict this. CAMH will have a significant voice when it comes to Cannabis Legalization, which they are pro, with harm reducing policies.

The idea that legalization will be relaxed willy nilly is a half baked fantasy in my opinion.
