Bocxman "the real issue, though, is that BOCX is too broke, unconnected, and understaffed to throw money at the issue, prioritize it, and get it resolved. ie; if they were to approach a b/d about a PIPE or other offering, the b/d would get them listed in a heartbeat."

True, BOCX is NOT going to be relisted anytime soon unless Abbott comes through. Moro's history of shoddy book keeping and not filing on time will keep him off the Nasdaq. As far as any PIPE is concerned, forget about that also. BOCX is a one product company and even the death spiral financiers of JP Turner were not interested. My guess was that it was too big a gamble for even them to want to end up with a vast majority of the stock that could end up being worth zero. Moro is in the position of not being able to get money and wont be until Abbott says yes. At that point, he can get reasonable money, get support and get relisted. It is just a waiting game. The large block trades today are interesting but of course we always want to read the best into everything. Could be though, we are approaching the timeframe where Abbott should reasonably say yes. I don't think they will say no until much later, maybe the last part of 2007 before any advanced royalties are due to be paid. So for now, we are waiting on a yes answer only. There is another remote possibility that Moro could come up with a working colorimetric test but they have been at it for years and no luck yet.

mysscat: Of course we do not expect negative information in press releases. That ALWAYS comes out in the SEC filings. What I don't like is vague information that raises more questions than it answers. For example. Did Moro really use a new colorimetric assay for the latest testing? You could almost read that into the release. Fact is he didn't. He was using a more sensitive version of the old test. Also, the breast cancer tests were obviously done with fast growing cancers. IMO, no more mileage will be made with in-house testing. Moro has exploited about all of that he can. It's showtime and I am leaving our 3k shares in play.
