If Benny is serious about being transparent, he should go to a financial institution of some sort and get RED GIANT ENTERTAINMENT a "stand alone" account away from his personal business.
He should also get advertised bids on printing and any other services that REDG may be involved with.
He should devote at least an hour daily to keep filings on track.
He needs to get organized.
To give "the devil his dues", I knew when he took to bed with a fever, that he was more than likely in over his head.
With that being said, it would take long hours, hard work and sacrifice, AND, he could still pull this off.
