People have pointed out that the average Nigerian lives on $2 a day. I believe this drug will be heavily subsidized by the government , and will be a popular product to charities and aid agencies (Bill Gates Foundation, U.N. , etc etc).

The country is awash in petro dollars lately, and you better believe they will do what it takes to keep the people healty and happy to sustain their profits. Even if they didn't, would you pay 20-30% of your income for treatment for your debilatating disease ($60 a month / 12-20$ a month for NICOSAN)? I would.
