with $21M coming into the coffer...Total cash they have now is bigger than the market cap size of the stock...it's a buy...NO NO NO surprise bad news coming since ZTE deal is done. Stop loss hunting and scare tactics by evils post ZTE settlement to cover short position lower or attempt to scoop up shares cheaper is happening...it's always good to have dry powder to take advantage of it!
