How can you say the company has done nothing to help the shareholders? They are improving the balance sheet over time. That the price has come down is an occupational hazard that I believe will eventually turn around. A stock price moving from .045 down to .006 can (and likely will) do exactly the reverse once the news flow begins.

Do you have a reasonable theory as to why they are not issuing fluffy press since you seem so certain that this is just another OTC scam? And yes I have spoken to her, and agree that she is a little green. And yes if I were the company I would place somebody more knowledgeable in that role, but as many pointed out here, the company is new in terms of being publicly traded, and there will be bumps in the road. I don't see that as any fatal flaw at this particular juncture.
