I agree, and my point was simple, even if there is no royalty we are in a STRONGER position and are trading at 1/2 book.

We are extremely undervalued now, regardless of royalty issue or not. Trading at 1/2 book and less than cash after a material win by all accounts is absurd.

This is trading like a company going BK and after you settle for at least $21 mil and have $16 in cash, clearly you're not going anywhere.
