I have no idea what Prairie is thinking they will accomplish. Under the best circumstances they will illegally sell a product for a few weeks, likely a few days before HC forces them not too. At worst they will have their golden license revoked for not just oils but dried flower as well. I doubt it's a bluff to get HC to approve them faster as any sensible person would realize that's not going to work. Perhaps it's an attempt to inspire confidence in their patient base to prevent them from switching LPs, or maybe it's to bait HC into a lawsuit for some sort of settlement? OR they could just be salty because their monopoly under the MMAR is gone and they are no longer relevant. Either way stinks of desperation.
