I also think that Consultech is quite smart getting LFWK at this point. Of course, if there was no naked shorting factor, it would be just an OK take over.

With naked shorting, the company can force the shorties to cover at the price it wants, if they are truely have control of all the legal shares as they stated.

The company has been quiet for 1 month now. There is no PR. I don't know if that is good or bad. However, pps is still in .02's ... I guess it's not so bad.

The spread is a give away that this stock is so shorted. MMs don't show real bid. MMs make spread 25 to 50% most of the time. It's just SICK.
