As of now, nothing has been publicly announced by the company to explain today's activity, and I personally have not seen anything to make Joseph Corso "public," as you put it. As of 12:25 EST, the stock was trading down .003 to .031. There was, however, a filing issued yesterday that shows Joseph Corso as now holding 20.01% of the common outstanding shares. Whether or not this barrier of 20 percent changes how he must account for his actions with regards to buying/selling stock in SHRN is not yet known, and I'm sure this board would appreciate your input to that end. Check the OTCBB site to get the proper filings that were made yesterday, and you will find his Sched 13 filing.
