Why can Benny and Board manage to have success in their personal business ventures and not Redg?

This fact will turn out to be the turning point for any consequences for Redgs failure.

They can't plead ignorance.

I did not want to, but was able to take loss here.

I just wanted to trade on "level" playing field.

My feelings are that lots of people ended in a financial mess over this, so why shouldn't investors seek all avenues of consequences for Benny and Board?
