$CDII: The Letter of Credit (LOC) is tremendously significant...people need to do a little reading and they would understand how rock solid this is.

" In order to finance the transaction, we will use a transferable Letter of Credit issued by our buyer and transfer a portion of the Letter of Credit to our supplier to complete the transaction. The transaction will not need any extra financing."
