Ok heres the deal.. This guy I asked to go over went with a friend from work. He also went around lunch time.. he only took a picture from his car of the front.. nothing inside... He said it was really nice and he talked to the receptionist. He said there were 4 people working that he could see and they seemed busy.. He was approached by someone who asked where he was from .. He asked this person about stores for vaping. He was told most of their business was wholesale or online and was given the website address. He was told that they used to have retail stores but that online and wholesale was better for them.. He did not get the impression that business wasnt good or that they were closing or anything like that. He was told that their products are carried in many stores and they could get them their as well... He didnt ask at all about the skateboard side because he wanted to stay beneath their radar.

His subjective impression was that business was really good, the offices were nice ... In fact after he visited he asked me the ticker symbol---- That was about it... Just got off the phone with him
