ARCSD Gonna shed the D this Fri....

In addition, Arcis Resources Corporation (Trading Symbol: ARCSD) reports today that it had recently filed and posted with OTC Markets all of its corporate information for the current Quarter and was granted the OTC Pink Current Information tier status. While the Company still has the designation of caveat emptor, it is committed to securing the removal of this status. On Friday, December 4, 2015, the Company advised that the removal is still under further review, and was asked to check back with the OTC regarding the removal of the caveat on Friday, December 11, 2015. The Company will report back to shareholders after its next communicates with the OTC on this matter.
