I am not a lawyer, however I read the court response very carefully and with significant interest being a large shareholder. As a "legal layman" (but a business professional) I felt that Insmed's position was weakened by the ruling, especially in regards to infringement. If I remember right, many savvy investors thought we would win on grounds of no infringement.

So what is my question to the board? Have any of the resident lawyers or patent lawyers read the ruling and are they willing to offer an opinion?

I have enough invest to consider hiring a lawyer for an opinion on the ruling as part of my ongoing due diligence, but I am not ready to do that quite yet.
