Like I said, it doesn't even attempt to research just makes assumptions.

Even if it appears to be a futile effort as a reporter you still attempt and state the result ... the companies could not provide clarification at this time. Laptop and phone? not really that much effort to find out if futile or not.

Most people understand that if there is a confidential portion that until the quarterly reports are released we will not know what the settlement is potentially worth.
