Double Crown in negotiations with second high grade barite customer

While fracking activity has seen a decline in line with tumbling oil prices, Nevada-headquartered Double Crown has seen growing interest in its 4.2 barite owing to its high grade and a resurgence in re-fracking wells.

US-based Double Crown Resources is in negotiations with a second customer for drilling grade barite (barytes).

The company has reported that the new customer is interested in a multi-year master purchase agreement as large as, or greater than, its previous $20m agreement announced in November.
