Most reverse name changes and reverse mergers include reverse splits. Just because they had one almost a year ago does not mean it could happen again.
Does anyone know what is the SEC rule for timeline of reverse splits? Is there one? Post link here and that would end speculation on Reverse split. Otherwise we wait for the filing to see if it is included.
