Maybe it was a big bonus for all 6 employees knowing he can't give himself one this year due to bad performance with his company . All shareholders took a beating and here comes the 250.000 bonus . He would look like a thief and with the lawsuit it would look real bad so let's give it to the others ,always one way to pass that money along .
