Relax guys, the game hasn't even started yet. Obviously, there are wolves among us. We all know their names. I can't stop them from playing their dirty dirty games. But facts speak for themselves.
I just want to remind everyone that R/S-adjusted, the PPS grew 200% in exactly two years (Dec 9, 2013 - Monday -- it opened at 0.89, today it opened at 2.95) and it's a fact.
The company has increased its cash (fact), its assets (fact), its revenues (fact), even reached profitability (fact) (and quite substantial profitability, too!).
If I were presented with a chance to get in at 0.89 back then or 2.95 today (with some much ground work completed in the last two years) I would choose today any today. The company is so much better positioned to grow then it did two years ago. Those claiming that JN doesn't care about shareholders need to get their S**T together. Shareholders are being very well taken care of here.
Moreover, Jim Nelson knows exactly how to do it, he's been driving the growth-through-acquisition strategy all along. SLTD has three (!!!) fast-growing subsidiaries. And they are not even done yet.

Company maintains strong cash balance of $9.3 million to pursue additional growth initiatives, such as the planned acquisition of Elite Solar, another California solar systems provider and other acquisition opportunities.

“We issue this guidance as a reflection of the tremendous hard work by our executive leadership in identifying strong companies for consolidation, as well as the execution at the customer level by these subsidiaries,” said Jim Nelson, CEO of Solar3D. “The collaboration between existing operating divisions SUNworks and MD Energy has allowed the Company to secure larger projects in key regions within sectors spanning commercial, residential, and agricultural. With Elite Solar expected to close this month and future acquisitions on the horizon—the revenue of which is not included in this guidance—we believe in our ability to continue expanding our reach of services into additional high-growth markets. We remain committed to establishing ourselves as an industry leading solar company that delivers cost efficient results for our customers, and long-term value for our shareholders.”

With the purchase of Elite Solar now completed, Solar3D continues to identify additional solar companies that possess solar expertise that is complimentary to its existing subsidiaries, and that will boost the company's top line revenue and operating profit.
