Jerry Mikolajczyk is a career scammer. All he does is blow smoke.

The Quarterly reports for November 30, 2014 and February 28, 2015 are with the auditors



Again, quarterly reports are not required to be audited even for SEC filers, so why waste the expense if that is true? It is most likely another false statement.

Scrap copper broker now? Sheesh Louise.

The most probable reason why Jerry Mikolajczyk has neglected to file the mandated SEC filings is because events have occurred that he would prefer to keep hidden from the public eye.
