I've been eating Bisquick pancake mix for decades. It is healthy and delicious.

On the other hand, the acid that is in Nate's pancakes could prove to be harmful, only time will tell.

What we do know is that ABCO, the company that processes Nate cakes, and who's chairman is now on the Nate's board, had food products recalled for containing poisonous substances, Salmonella, and a metal fragment.

The FDA also warned ABCO for false and misleading labeling and making illegal claims.

I think I'll take my chances with fresh, homemade pancake mix.
