Probably alot of tax loss selling on GV, I like GV, but it is a calendar issue, same thing with NEFF right now. Alot of pressure due to tax loss selling, you have to keep that in mind if a stock is severely off it highs it will probably be under pressure this month, that goes away, but not for 2-3 more weeks on alot of these stocks. I'm patiently waiting to buy a number of stocks and add to others, but I'm in no rush, these things are not going higher until we get closer to the end of this month in my opinion, and probably in alot of cases will work there ways lower. All is just my opinion, and I could always be wrong though.
