ZTE was probably waiting to see if VRNG would be delisted and when it didn't happen came to the table.

20 million is what VRNG paid Nokia for the patents. Up front payment should probably have been more to cover the 20 million and international litigation costs.

Obviously, we didn't give these away for free.
