If you look at the history of admd you will notice high volume and a pps increase before terrible news. Just like the days/weeks leading up to the reverse split announcement.

The pps is manipulated to have higher volume and appear to be buying pressure to soften the blow of the news to follow.

Todays high volume and appearance of buying pressure tells me the official announcement of the reverse split terms is getting close.

If this is any indicator it would tell me to run and hide from this stock.

History of this stock shows manipulation of the pps right before bad news.
