Transfer agent

One way to easily establish credibility as far as the sharecount is concerned would be to announce the name, address and phone number of the transfer agent so that it becomes possible to get the sharecount verified. If the company is not willing to do so I guess there is reason for real alarm.

I urge those who are occasionally in contact with the company to demand that the above information to be made public. It is the least the company can do to create a minimum of credibility in a situation that there is almost no information availabable apart from what is coming from the company itself.
