This makes sense... Typical of a penny pop on a company leveraging potential and not revenue. The shorts hammer it down cause panic and buy back for volatility. Simple MMing.

Seems like CTDT wants to be traded like a non penny stock and they don't want a short squeeze.

Respectable and shows experience in equity markets... Impressive.
