I am the CEO of Southern Concepts Restaurant Group (OTCQB: RIBS). We're a restaurant holding company managing both a full service barbecue restaurant concept called Southern Hospitality as well as a fast casual barbecue concept called Carve Barbecue.

We have three Southern Hospitality units open today and we just opened our first unit of Carve Barbecue in November! Carve is our growth concept and we have guided 4 additional units of Carve next year. This is the ANTI-dilution board from my understanding, so I think you guys will LOVE how we're raising capital. We've engaged with a local investment company to provide our CapEx capital for growth, which is NOT tied by to our common stock.
