The Fight Network didn't even exist back when BKMP had that share structure. You must be new to OTC land. Pretty much every company out here dilutes their stock and then R/S so they can dilute again for the purpose of generating cash flow.

Some of those companies actually try to use those funds to grow the company. Every once in a while an OTC company will hit a homerun while using the funds they generate to grow the company.

BKMP is one of those companies IMO. The unbiased 3rd party news article posted by RU today confirmed for me that BKMP is in the process of knocking one clear out of the park. As that happens it doesn't matter whether the company has 5 million OS or 50 billion shares OS. The stock will trade at a pps according to a fair market cap. depending on how far out of the park the company hits that ball.

BKMP hasn't even rounded first base yet, and trust me, you won't want to miss this play.
