Keep it real, as it is a paid promo. Nothing is free, but add the facts to support it, Non Discounted Restricted Shares. Not many of these promos are as great as thus one. Imagine a 65% discount on $20,000 in shares. Lorraine Yarde has made it clear that the Dilution will stop via Convertible Debt, so she's not about to issue discounted shares that would raise a flag.
