I did receive back around June 2014 but don't believe I kept it. Mandarin put out the Revelator and the mailer had a big budget, around 900K as I recall. AS was low, something like 75-80 million and PPS was high. I saw a few links that appeared to offer the doc, but nothing came of it, which makes sense, because there was quite a bit of P and D halt talk when the pump was going strong, doubt they want too much to be available after the fact. I will keep looking...maybe one of the Hotstocked or SA authors could help?
