Currently, NETE O/S: 126 m, if more convertible notes are converted into commons and O/S might be going to 300 Million shares before the R/S, it's very probable as those convertible notes will convert into commons before R/S and sold immediately like they did last week, because the R/S is no good as they know.

This way, the R/S might go for 1 for 30 R/S. We'll see.
