Actually Alan I see Mark didn't bury himself in overhead of additional personnel far in advance of the necessity of it. The mass production of critical parts for the aerospace medical and energy industries in the AM space is just beginning to happen now so who was he going to pay these people to market to. Instead he focused on building a Contour package to enhance his Printrite 3D package as Honeywell was already knocking on the door for it with out a high paid marketing guru out there pushing it on them. I say SIGMA is still debt free because Mark does have his ducks in a row and is not putting the cart in front of the horse. In my opinion Mark is doing what is needed not what everyone wants to hear.
