What bullshit two times over. I prefer reality:

(1). Of course the lender feels confident as ANY shares as collateral would be worthless of this were a scam.

(2). The promissory note was from August. The share price was $0.20 then. The discount in terms of illiquid collateral wasn't bad much and a far cry from 90%.

The SwingTrade Portfolio was up 36.2% in 2014, 83.5% in 2013, and 546.6% since inception.
