Agreed: the FIXED Tiny float (79M shares) itself says all! I ever owned an non-reporting peer with negative BV and no any patent at all: its FIXED Tiny float (76M shares float) alone did trigger a 55-bagger (from 0.0001 to 0.0055) huge quick rally without any news at all!
