And yet, some seem to have "deducted" that said filings are the cat's meow...

Way more interesting was the last 8-k, filed with the SEC, claiming that Q's and a K or two would be forthcoming---then, a mere 24 hours later, lo and behold, comes a Form 15, withdrawing their stock registration.

Clearly, these schemers have lots to hide....
