An IPO for Auryn, where, on the Berlin Stock Exchange? I suppose they are taking a trip to fantasyland where MDMN lists on the TSX and becomes a multi-billion dollar mining company rivaled only by Barrick and Newmont. A 43-101 report will never happen and if it is released in conjunction with this turd, I'm sure the Canadian regulators will be less than happy. They do frown on those types of activities and usually get the SEC involved. Not sure what flavor Kool Aid the oracle of idiocy is brewing but it's got a a lot of stupid sauce mixed in.

Welcome to Medinahland! There is an inverse correlation between promotion and working knowledge/investment(and common) sense. Heck, one of the most prolific of all still doesn't understand the simple basic framework of the option. Of course the insiders are selling like mad and running for the hills. Why wouldn't they? AURYN at least given them a timeframe for divestiture. AURYN has zero loyalty or fiduciary duty to bag holders, as we will likely see.
