Law suits filed as of July 2015's 10Q
On March 25, 2015, Endeavor MeshTech filed a patent infringement suit in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama against Synapse Wireless, Inc. (“Synapse”). The lawsuit alleges that Synapse infringed the claims of U.S. Patent Nos. 7,379,981, 8,700,749, and 8,855,019. The lawsuit against Synapse was settled when Endeavor MeshTech entered into a patent license and settlement agreement with Synapse on May 26, 2015.
On March 25, 2015, Endeavor MeshTech filed a patent infringement suit in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina against Tantalus Systems, Inc. (“Tantalus”). The lawsuit alleges that Tantalus infringed the claims of U.S. Patent Nos. 7,379,981, 8,700,749, and 8,855,019. The lawsuit against Tantalus was settled when Endeavor MeshTech entered into a patent license and settlement agreement with Tantalus on June 17, 2015.
On May 5, 2015, Endeavor MeshTech filed a patent infringement suit in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia against Nexgrid, LLC. The lawsuit alleges that Nexgrid, LLC has infringed the claims of U.S. Patent Nos. 7,379,981, 8,700,749, and 8,855,019.
On June 16, 2015, Endeavor MeshTech filed a patent infringement suit in the United States District Court for the District of Colorado against FreeWave Technologies, Inc. (“FreeWave”). The lawsuit alleges that FreeWave has infringed and continues to infringe the claims of U.S. Patent Nos. 7,379,981, 8,700,749, and 8,855,019.
On June 23, 2015, Endeavor MeshTech filed a patent infringement suit in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas against Zenner Performance Meters, Inc. (“Zenner”). The lawsuit alleges that Zenner has infringed and continues to infringe the claims of U.S. Patent Nos. 8,700,749, and 8,855,019.
On July 1, 2015, Endeavor MeshTech filed a patent infringement suit in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York against Redpine Signals, Inc. (“Redpine”). The lawsuit alleges that Redpine has infringed and continues to infringe the claims of U.S. Patent Nos. 7,379,981, 8,700,749, and 8,855,019.
On July 6, 2015, Endeavor MeshTech filed a patent infringement suit in the United States District Court for the District of Colorado against Atmel Corporation (“Atmel”). The lawsuit alleges that Atmel has infringed and continues to infringe the claims of U.S. Patent Nos. 7,379,981, 8,700,749, and 8,855,019.
