SNRR: Nasdaq Denies Request for Continued Listing; Informal SEC Probe

Sunterra Corporation (SNRR) announced that the Company received a letter from The Nasdaq Stock Market, informing the Company that the Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Panel has determined to deny the Company's request for continued inclusion on The Nasdaq National Market. The Company was also advised by the staff of the Division of Enforcement of the SEC that it is conducting an informal inquiry with respect to recent events regarding the Company.
