I see GDSI almost kissed the 50 day moving average of .0052.
If the 50 day is ignored then I think the impatient side of the market is just communicating to the company that they are "TARDY" with the closing.
I am betting that the deal closes mid December, Because my view is that the ceo of gdsi will want the new ceo to be in charge no later than January 1st. All that can be said is "Time will tell".
